If you’re pregnant and having any pregnancy related pains I HIGHLY recommend doing a prenatal massage at The Spa at West Glen. They have a special pillow so you can safely lay on your tummy during your massage and it is seriously heaven on earth! I don’t even live in Iowa but every time I visited during my pregnancy I made sure to visit them!
From the moment you walk in the door you feel so welcome at The Spa at West Glen! Every single person I came in contact with was so nice! Can’t wait to go back!

I love the Spa at West Glen so much that I drive two hours for my massage with Andrea. She is fabulous and is a very important component of my overall health plan. The spa is comfortable, the staff is helpful and considerate, and the showers and sauna are bonuses!
