Turf Valley used to be my favorite spa , but the customer service lately has been subpar. Maybe its has been a long day for Shelby (in the spa) , but I certainly shouldn't hear the annoyance in her voice. After all , I waited all day to have my phone call returned to make a reservation, only to have to call THEM back. I'd rather just pay more money and go to The Four Seasons.
My masseuse Adrienne Kofsky was truly Phenomenal! The spa is beautiful and the scenery outside the windows where you wait for your technician is gorgeous, tranquil and the whole experience very relaxing. Highly recommend it!
Had a wonderful body scrub and Vichy shower with Brittany. Amazing... I'll definitely be back!
