I felt very welcome by the staff at the front desk and generally by everyone however I booked the 400 spa package worth $550 and it felt like a very non-chalant experience, the worst part is that they had no spa music playing and the only genre working on their speaker was dramatic classical music. My experience was sub par and if anything felt more stressful than calming.
The spa was nice and clean however for the price it could of been more- my massage lady was wonderful and very sweet but I felt less calm than I’d planned to be- the lounge area needs more snack selections it was just nuts, granola, dried apricots and macarons. And more drink offerings than just tea and water and prosecco. I would come back here, the pool and hot tub saved the day
TL;DR: look elsewhere. Massage was good. Spa facilities are meh. it's hotel's swimming pool with a hot tub! If you live in a condo, you probably have it for free! and a lounge area with very limited snack and refreshment options with very bright and distracting lighting as opposed to dimmed and relaxing setting. So overall it's just the massage! and I think you can get that massage for a hell lot cheaper elswhere without paying the premium. Massage from Charlene is fantastic. Would come back. in terms of spa facility, Ritz / shangri-la would be more enjoyable.
