Spa is perfect for something that’s middle of the city. There is steam room, hot tub, pool, sauna, gym, and lounging room. Staff is very friendly, the RMT did Soch a great massage. Really recommend coming here for a day of relaxation, lots of snacks and teas in the lounge area.
For a birthday treat, I booked a massage and manicure. It was my first time at this spa and I was really impressed by the overall experience. The staff were so friendly and professional, they took their time showing me around. I had time for a swim before my massage, and relaxed in their lounge with a cup of tea and macaroons. The massage was excellent. Afterwards I had a bento box lunch with a glass of prosecco. My manicure was done very nicely. I even got a birthday present and card. It was good, but not great! 1. Please make space for private changing rooms that will have a chair, mirror, scale weights, and a carpet. 2. Make it an option to reheat your robe while you get a massage, so you wear a warm robe right after your massage is done. 3. Provide small cup of electrolytes coconut water when you welcome a guest at the desk and after the massage. 4. PAY ATTENTION IF THATS A GIFT. They would charge a physical card at the end.
