I booked a massage online for $225 for 50 minutes for September 19th. The massage was great. The problem was that as I was checking out the black lady was rude. Not very hospitable to be working at a spa at a high end hotel. When she gave me my receipt, I saw the total was $324. She said gratuity was included. Okay, great. Jose Gutierrez the massage therapist was an absolutely joy he made me feel so comfortable and relaxed! 10/10 !! Will be coming back especially for him
My therapist Jose Gutierrez was an absolute delight! He is so attentive , kind and detail oriented. He made me feel like I was on cloud 9. An escape from reality with each touch . I definitely will be coming back just for him. Bravo!
I’ve been to the spa a few times and had great experiences but sadly my last visit that was not the case at all. I booked a massage with Jose and it was barely mediocre it was so clear he didn’t want to be there or do his job. He was going through the motions and the result was the most unrelaxing spa experience ever. I was also sore to the touch for 3 days after which never happens. Such a sad experience because I only had one day to go to the spa and had to pay over 500 total for that horrible experience. What a complete w... read more
