ChaCha gave me one of the most exceptional massages I’ve had in a very long time. I get massages regularly, so I know when an experience truly stands out, and this one absolutely did. I went there for Miami spa month and my experience was not that great. I had so many spa treatments in my life but it was really okay. Maybe it’s because of the menu I selected but still made me decide not to go back for the other one. I liked the lounge was spacious and you’re greeted by the staffs.
Sharon at the front desk was the rudest and most unprofessional person I have ever encountered. She mocks and ridicules guests which is completely unacceptable. After having a terrible experience at this spa I see that others have had similar experiences with her. How is is still working there? Stop apologizing to your guests and do something about rude and unprofessional employees.
Starting with the great: my massage therapist, Jose, was phenomenal. He put me into such a state of relaxation. I have never had such an amazing massage. Just perfect!!! The not-as-great: the Edition doesn't really treat spa goers well... I have been to about every luxury hotel spa in Miami. We always are greeted more warmly by the hotel front desk. Elisabeth was amaaazing i had one of the best massages of my life she really knows what she s doing. I had severe shoulder pain and she helped a lot with my muscle pain. This spa is 10 better than the one at Standard.
