I had an incredible massage with José Gutierrez—truly the best I’ve ever had! He focused on my occipital area, neck, and hips, where I had been experiencing a lot of pain. It’s rare to find someone who applies just the right amount of pressure, especially at the base of the skull and neck, but José knew exactly what he was doing. A friend had given me and a friend massage as a gift. After the massage the host told me the massage was not able to be charged to the friend and stuck me with the charges. I was then blamed for accepting the massage and forced to pay. This was the most swindling experience I have had at a high end spa. I would never go back as this should have been cleared before service. Typical miami
For a spa tucked inside such a stunning hotel, I expected luxury not my college locker room. Things start off promising. You walk down a chic hallway and pass a cute little salon. The co-ed space is pleasant. But then you hit the locker room… and it’s TINY. Like three people max tiny. There were 15–20 lockers shoved into a cramped nook, one bathroom, and one changing room.
