Astoria and ritz have much better masseuses and facilities. Would not recommend.
I visited this spa for a birthday celebration with two friends, and while some aspects of the experience were wonderful, others fell short. We each booked a one-hour deep tissue massage, and while two of us had an amazing experience, the third found hers relaxing but not truly deep tissue, even after requesting more pressure. I had a massage from Mark, and it turned out to be the best I've ever had. He pays attention to you and prioritizes your concerns. The massage left me feeling both relaxed and rejuvenated . I will certainly come back.
