I agree with the other negative reviews. Disappointed doesn't describe my experience here. I'd been coming to the property and restaurants for years but the spa just isn't up to par. My main problem was being chased around by the front desk staff. She came in to bother me throughout my stay when I was in: the hot tub, the sauna, the steam room, and the bathroom. Huge disappointment. I was disappointed by the old facilities already but didn’t want to leave a review since the treatments were decent and the therapists were nice. However, they messed up the charges for my treatment and chain called me when I didn’t pick up. It was an error on their end for not charging me for both my treatments when I checked out yet they made me go out of my way to send them the payment instead of charging the card I have on file as a hotel guest. Astoria and ritz have much better masseuses and facilities. Would not recommend.
