The spa day was a gift from my future sisters in-law along with my future mother in-law. We had to most wonderful time. Spent all day there getting pampered and spoiled before my big day. It was an experience to remember...
The Hotel needs an update. I have had great facials for less. It was crowded and not very friendly helpful service.
I had a full day of treatments including a delicious lunch and it was perfect from start to finish !!!
Very nice people, great service from start to finish, excellent food in the Oasis.
We had a wonderful day until we spotted this gross vent above our heads in the Aromatherapy room. It was absolutely gross. The sweet feet and Oasis lunch were so enjoyed but the cleanliness of that room made me just want to pack up and go home. I left feeling so unrelaxed. This is the second time I have seen vents like that at a Hershey location. Very disappointed after these locations are supposed to be highly rated. I took a picture to prove it.
I love it! I have been to spas all over the world and this one is my absolute favorite!

We had a good time for a girls' weekend, but the showers were barely drizzling water and the hot beverages weren't hot! Not huge problems, but I expected better from such an upscale spa! On the other hand, my massage was great!
