Olivia is a great massage therapist. She gave me an excellent massage. I would have given 5 stars. But I had to take a couple stars off because of the manager. I feel he is overly concerned with profit …bordering on unethical. When I told him I had a couple discounts sent to me… skip the amenities etc… he said “ No one told me!”. We were there many years ago and it was a delightful, almost magical place to visit. The employees were so sweet and kind. I’m looking forward to going again and staying longer.
