Very disappointed. My intention was a quiet, solo morning. Instead, I walked into multiple groups enjoying a party at the spa. I appreciate the fun they were having but I was expecting the spa to be quiet and relaxing. The pool was over-crowded (no chairs available) with loud music. The lounge area was noisy and chatty. If you are looking for some fun girl-time this is your place. If you are looking for quiet and relaxation, this is not the spot. My services were fair but nothing exceptional to justify the cost.
My facial was wonderful. Renee did a fantastic job! I even fell asleep for a few minutes....now that is getting you relaxed!!
My daughter surprised me for my birthday with a pedicure and lunch at The Spa! It was glorious! I had a wonderful time, superior customer service all around! Just the best! We already plan to go back! Left feeling totally pampered, it was truly wonderful!!!
My first visit here. It was a gift from my daughter. Very nice facility. Everyone was very friendly yet professional. I had a full body massage, facial and pedicure. Very nice experience.

My first visit to this spa was amazing; spent the day there with my sister. The amenities are great, clean and its very peaceful and tranquil. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The food was great and the drinks by the pool were awesome. Definitely recommend this spa.
It's always a concern of mine when we move to a new state that I have find a spa all over again. I'm so happy I found 'my new place.' I loved Carly and the many amenities. You can just relax or socialize with friends while getting pampered at the same time!
The spa was incredibly crowded and loud this visit, not peaceful anywhere. It was like a loud restaurant or bar. I would say way overbooked. Absolutely not at all the environment one would imagine. Also, the pedicure I received was at best mediocre. I had two other friends who received pedicures as well and they said the same thing. The pedicure chair gave a lovely massage, but quite frankly, it was far from the best pedicure I've ever had for way more money.
