Didn’t stay at this hotel BUT ate and shopped here. Loved the ambience and the way they replicated the old New York tenaments and “look and feel of NYC”! The pizza was fantastic and OH MY the cannolis at the Italian Restaurant! Not to mention the frozen custard....
It was my first time I have ever. There is a really good pretzel place in there ,and dam I want one now. In there is the Hershey store which is so cool.

Rooms are small, well equipped but the bad wasn’t very comfortable. Bath is stark ,utilitarian and not enough light. Has some good restaurants, love nine fine Irishmen! Bartenders at Time square bar and coyote ugly had all the warmth of a pit viper.
Came to New York New York with my girlfriend when waiting in line to check in we asked the Bell Desk to see if we could get some assistance and the guy behind the counter and he was extremely rude and said we don't get the help, after trying to check out my girlfriend had a question and asked the Bell Desk and again the lady behind the counter was extremely rude and unhelpful and told her she needed to go wait in line and ask the clerks at the desk The room was cheaper at Luxor and I got better service and great help from th... read more
