Had a great time at New York New York
very poor customer service, I had to call 3 times.put on hold 30 minutes, they gave me a hard time while I'm trying to cancel reservations, I talked to 3 individuals. and I asked for a email to show they canceled my dates, by two different people so I can have proof my deposit will be returned in full, guess what they have my credit card number, but no one ever emailed me about my cancellation 🤔now it makes me think some illegal stuff going on, when I made reservations they emailed me quick, now I canceled, I'm still waitin... read more
My favorite spot on the South End of the Strip. The atmosphere takes you to classic New York City! The lights, design of the buildings both inside and out, and subtle Art Deco aesthetic make it a really fun atmosphere! The food is very affordable compared with the rest of the Strip, and the America restaurant allows you to get food at any time of the day or night. There are lots of dinning options to choose from. Friendly staff, clean and well presented. Plenty to do and good food.
Just a great hotel. All fun downstairs, didn't even have to go outside. Coyote Ugly, Bar at Times Square, Mexican bar, Irish Pub, Central bar- my vacation was such a fire! Will come back for my birthday in October 💥🔥💃🏻
Stayed in the players Suite the jacuzzi was awesome and room was very spacious we had a great experience!!!!
