I live in Arizona, so I frequently go to Vegas, this was my first stay at your hotel and it was the worst experience I have had at any hotel in Vegas. I’m a MGM rewards member and I felt I was treated like garbage. The only thing I appreciated was your Cage Cashier Salus Ugalde who gave me a coupon for Tom Urban and my dining experience was great customer service. Update - I still love staying here. I booked four nights, all comped, but had to leave after three nights. As a courtesy I let the front desk know I was leaving a night early so they could resell my room. They wanted to charge me a $70 “early departure” fee. What the hell? This is to YOUR benefit. I am NOT paying that. I just left and next time won’t bother trying to help them out. NYNY is my absolute favourite hotel on the strip! Misleading marketing; this is NOT a 4 star hotel, its totally outdated. Their "suites" are not very good, no cable tv; filthy gross furniture; filthy floors & windows. Elevators are NOT scooter friendly; elevator security could be tighter. You can't win on their slots. Nice staff though. Had fun but wouldn't return or recommend to anyone.
Absolutely fantastic! First time I've been to Vegas and it was incredible! The hotel has everything you need and more! Highly recommend :)
