I called to make an appt in the Westfield, and waited 3 months to see a PA. When my appt was over. I was told that the PA was moving to the Springfield office and the currant doctors were not taking new patients. So I would have to travel to Springfield for a follow up appt. Couldn't they tell me that beforehand. So I was not waiting 3 mos? I was not happy, considering they made me wait for 3 months, and now I need to travel. And I hate driving in Springfield.
