I called to make an appt in the Westfield, and waited 3 months to see a PA. When my appt was over. I was told that the PA was moving to the Springfield office and the currant doctors were not taking new patients. So I would have to travel to Springfield for a follow up appt. Couldn't they tell me that beforehand. So I was not waiting 3 mos? I was not happy, considering they made me wait for 3 months, and now I need to travel. And I hate driving in Springfield. Very friendly and professional. No waiting in the little room. Always on time. Dr Ivker is very thorough in her assessment and easy to talk to.
I have always had very good patient care here the years I have been going. The staff take their time with you, listen and respond to questions with great educational answers and seem to care about their patients. Something that is seeming to lack in the Western MA area as of late. Fortunately, the practice here still treats its patients like people and not a nuisance.
