I had a wonderful experience with a wonderful young man very good care of me young lady at the front desk is so kind I just love it
well it started off great , then I was able to open two lockers with my same code Scary .but they immediately took 10% off bill and called maintenance to Rectify the situation. so I would visit again.clean and friendly atmosphere.
Would not recommend and will not return. The front desk staff was dismissive and would not even allow me to view the salon prior to my appointment. If I would have toured I would have cancelled my appointments. The spa lounge was nice with tea and quiet serenity. The steam room felt dirty and the tiles had black gunk all over. Very unclean feel. My husband & I had a couples massage for a date day. It’s was amazing a wonderful way to enjoy each other in a peaceful & relaxing environment. Our therapists were awesome, in fact we were so relaxed after we can’t remember either therapist’s name lol We are looking forward to a return visit & either upping to the 90min massage or trying out the couples spa package ❤️
This was by far the cleanest and most beautiful I’ve seen so far! There were 6 of us for a birthday gathering. We enjoyed the massages, eucalyptus steam room, showers and the beautiful relaxing music. Ashley was very professional and kind. She asked the right questions to make sure I was comfortable. I only have a few complaints. It’s too far from where I live, I wish it didn’t have to end, and the casino floor smelled like smoke. — with Ellen Youngblood Link and Robin Kelsh.
