Terrible manager named Jane, terrible therapist, the treatment didn't work because of the negligence of the therapist. It's really a shame that a place like this, located in a wonderful hotel, have this king of poor, really poor customer service! the manager in charge "Jane" and therapist were a shame, other staff seemed nice, is impressive with their potencial not try even a little to satisfy the client and find a solution.
