fair. i used to like it a lot more. i dont think id pay that price for a room. as long as no one bothers me while i enjoy the free parts and natural beauty ill raise the review. if i can just chil there and enjoy it like i iused to id gtive it 4 stars. the place seems kinda up tight now nd under new management more focuised on material things than the natrual beauty.. reminds me of Pechanga....

At The LaCosta Resort and Spa main check in the lobby today, I noticed there was a huge fireplace up and running. I thought this was odd and insensitive, with 100 degrees temperatures as I looked out the windows to see black billowing smoke coming from the San Marcos fire. I phoned the front desk and was told this fireplace is on and running 24/7 365 days a year. hmmm. Please forward my comments to the management team.
