The property is dated but the grounds are beautiful. We only were able to stay two days which in my opinion was too short. The rooms are large and clean. Very comfortable. The adult pool was great! We will be back again...hopefully soon.
Beautiful property and luxurious BUT it was a true nightmare from the moment we checked in. We had to go back 4 TIMES to the front desk because the keys wouldn't work. This morning' my husband and I, were still in bed and the maid came in at 9:30 from the adjacent room WITHOUT knocking first. Can you say AWKWARD???? 😡 At the checkout we found out we were charged for 2 beers ordered in a room we didn't spend the night in. Great place poor service, very sad combo
Been coming here for a few years. In the past, it has been a quiet, almost zen-like experience throughout the property. This year, the shops seemed to have a certain "raucousness" atmosphere. The Chopra Center seemed to be gossip central with the employees. The gift shop/coffee shop had a group of twittering teenagers that definitely were not customer oriented (5 of them behind the counter chatting while we waited at the counter to order. Omni resort in Carlsbad is absolutely beautiful, customer service is amazing, the pools are absolutely stunning and they make it so stress free !!!!
I would give this place 10 stars if I could! So beautiful some many areas to have fun for kids of all ages. The spa is second to none!
The property is pretty large. Has plenty of room to enjoy yourself lots of things to do here or in the area. Price of food on site is high if you ask me and not worth it.
So far Looks promising but check in is a nightmare
