We consider this resort our summer house as we love to come to this resort and their Palm Springs resorts, Rancho Las Palmas. The staff is always friendly and the kids cry when it's time to go home.
The ultimate treat. I live nearby ~ but feel like I'm on vacation the moment I enter the spa.
Staff was so nice and such a beautiful place! My youngest son loved the water slides and the life guards could not have been any nicer. Those guys were so great!
We had a wonderful time here with family. Activities,pools, and food were excellent. Thank you for accommodating all of our requests and for making our stay a wonderful one! Fantastic views and beautiful grounds. We will be back!
Not cool lighting off fireworks tonight without notifying surrounding neighbors
I just checked in. This place is not like their ads or the reviews. No double queen size beds, no balcony, bad moldy smell. You have to pay $18 a day to park your car in a non paved parking lot. They charge $15 a day for Internet. This place just nickle and dime you for every thing. Never again! Worse vacation so far!
Sad to say but won't come back- messed up our reservation and now we have no choice to stay in a room in a terrible location - we made the reservation over 4 months ago-we've been coming every year and it will be our last. Trying to contact corporate but their contact us form isn't working- sad.
