Such a positive experience! From the minute we arrived to when we left! Starting with the Valet guys who were so professional and nice! Troy the bell-hop was great, Jenn Pontz who arranged our trip was fabulous, Johnson in Guest Services was so caring and kept checking to make sure everything was awesome! Food was delicious...grounds are gorgeous! Thank you Omni La Costa for a great weekend! Can't wait to do it again!
Golf was cart path only..no exeptions didn't like that at all..have s tore acl...the waitor was forgetful and clumsy..he dropped plates and silverware down my buddy's back
They never emailed my receipt as promised when I checked out. I have tried 4 times to get a copy and no response at all from the accounting department. It had been over a month and I now have to pay taxes on it. Very, very upset with the level of service.

Wonderful Friendly staff! The Christmas Decorations are Beautiful �� Great events going on in the lobby and on the resort can't wait to see the big Christmas Tree lighting event

Gorgeous resort reminds me of the biltmore in montecito only complaint would be the lunch patio service in the bistro
