I had a wonderful experience here! The massage was one of the better ones I've had; my therapist Sedat was professional, attentive, and I left feeling completely relaxed. I also spent some time enjoying the spa amenities afterward, including the hot tub, sauna, pool, and relaxation room. It was the perfect way to extend the experience and truly unwind. First my massage was THE best massage ever!! Her name is Cheryl. Give her a try you will not be disappointed. My check in at the front desk was great. The girl at the desk where you get your sandals and have to give your name and If you have allergies barely acknowledged me. She didn’t look at me or anything or really welcome me. I went to The Spa May 17 2026 the staff had great customer service and my massage was great thanks to Katty . The steam room, sauna, & bathroom area were clean but please have the jacuzzi scrubbed and refilled there is a concerning amount of MOLD around the area.
Wonderful experience at The Spa at Harrah’s. Just wish I knew ahead of time the lounge and sauna/steamroom was open to use the rest of the day after getting the massage - I would’ve planned to stay longer! Massage was great. Service was professional and thorough. Facility was clean and well organized.
Soo... Me and my family stayed in the waterfront tower section of the hotel for an event we attended on campus. After I moved the bedding around I noticed old stains on some of the bedding.😡😡😡😡. How could this not be noticed when the bed is being made? This is completely unacceptable. I will not be returning to this location.
