This worse experience I have had. My honeymoon was going great until I got here. I booked a king size room weeks prior and when I arrived they told me they had no king size so I had to get two queens. Got to the room and the bathroom was dirty and the toilet seat was broke, and a shoe was from previous vist was in the room under bed. Immediately called front dresk who said they was sending a housekeeper and plumber up. 3 hours later and 3 calls later no plumber or house keeper. I recently visited this spa and was quite disappointed with the experience. The steam room was out of order and the pool was closed due to a private event (none of this was communicated upfront). Additionally, the advertised service prices were misleading, with hidden fees tacked on at checkout. Customers should be aware of the price prior to service if the Spa intends to add surcharges (front desk lady said everything is $20 more on weekends.
