Nashley is rude and loud. My massage was mid and my massage therapist seemed annoyed with me asking to focus on specific areas of my body. 3.5 stars
I went there at 5pm to purchase a day spa and a woman with brown hair at the front denied me a day pass because they said they don’t sell day passes an hour before they closed. She lied and said they close at 6 but really they close at 7. Idk if it’s because I’m black that she turned me away but it’s dishonest to lie to guest
We stayed at Harrah’s for a few days. We booked a spa day and spent a few hours in the wet area steam room, sauna and jacuzzi. The facility was clean. The male attendant (forget his name sorry) was friendly and helpful. He kept up on cleanliness and restocking the entire time we were there. We mostly had the place to ourselves which was amazing. Very relaxing atmosphere. We booked the 50 minute massage with Dan & Cheryl. They were excellent and professional. 5 stars to this Spa experience. We hope to enjoy it again.
The massages were great- we had Maria and Fatima who were both wonderful. The massages are the only reason this rating isn’t lower. When booking was told they close at 7pm and we have the option of using facilities before or after massages. Our massages ended at 6pm and with no warning we were told they’re closed and we have to leave. Didn’t have an opportunity to try anything or even grab some water.
I had a wonderful experience here! The massage was one of the better ones I've had; my therapist Sedat was professional, attentive, and I left feeling completely relaxed. I also spent some time enjoying the spa amenities afterward, including the hot tub, sauna, pool, and relaxation room. It was the perfect way to extend the experience and truly unwind.
