I had the Birthday Facial and Massage at the Four Seasons Spa, and it was incredible. The staff were so warm and attentive, making the day feel truly special. The spa is gorgeous — serene, beautifully designed, with a fully stocked changing room, sauna, showers, and the plush robes I love. The Spa at Four Seasons is pure luxury! From the moment you walk in, you’re treated to a serene atmosphere and top-notch services. I always leave feeling rejuvenated!

Bad service and even poorer communication - I got a massage here but a few issues. 1) I arrived early but massage still started 10 mins past the hour and they don’t give you the full hour / allotted time so was purposely cut short (I’m sorry but why?). 2) No pool access - this would have been fine had they mentioned it at the beginning that there is no pool access but they didn’t - I walked in and was told I could only take a picture and then leave.
