Very relaxing comfortable environment everything was top notch
Amazing facial and massage, but the front desk experience completely ruined it. I’ve visited this Four Seasons spa many times, and my husband has always booked my appointments. At this exact spa and many others. For my birthday, he arranged my services and paid in advance, yet upon checkout I was told I needed to use my own card. The woman at the desk was incredibly rude and dismissive. Sadly, this experience left a terrible impression, and I won’t be returning.
No attendants to be found. Walked out to the front desk to find someone there was no one there first attempt. Showers didn’t drain so you just stand in your dirty water. This place has really gone down hill. Also you used to get your valet comped if you went to the spa and now it’s still $20. Overpriced for the experience and amenities. Steam room was scorching hot it was unbearable. This place needs serious attention.
I had a work event here. We could spend all day in the spa if we wanted to while it was our time for whatever service we booked. I did a facial/massage. It was heavenly.
