I was extremely disappointed with my experience at the Carillon Hotel & Spa. For the premium price of the spa package, I expected a luxury experience, but it fell far short of expectations. One of the biggest issues was that several of the amenities were under construction or unavailable, and this was never disclosed when I booked the spa package. After experiencing disappointment elsewhere, I arrived at this place where Yuri, the masseuse, her Telegram:@YuriHakuha welcomed me and escorted me to my room. After booking a session with her online, she then provided me with a thorough massage. While in another room, I overheard the laughter of another girl and her customer, which was strange, but it did not have any impact on my session. Her telegram:@YuriHakuha

The massage was horrible. The therapist spent less than 10 minutes on my back and neck. The remaining part of my massage was spent on my arms and legs. The therapist offered no support under my knees when laying supine. I left with more back pain than I came in with. For the amount of money that this massage was, I could have had an amazing two hour massage from an actual healer and therapist. The massage room was old and dated and extremely hot.
