This spa is sad and run down. From the moment we walked into the hotel the fire alarm blared almost as in warning for the experience we were going to have. (It was still going off 3 hours later through our whole lunch and as we left) The amenities look like crap and clearly all need to be gutted and rebuilt entirely. The hot tub on the womens side was emptied with an out of order sign. The foot baths had an identical sign outside stating they were also broken. This was the best experience ever at a spa. The facialist, Natalia was so loving, soothing and knowledgeable. Barbara was also amazing with customer service. She was very nurturant and loving. The food in the restaurant was also great! Amazing steak and fries. The waiter was also great!
