I’ve visited about four times now, and it’s become one of my favorite places—the services are consistently amazing, and staff are kind, professional, and welcoming. Unfortunately, the facilities haven’t always been fully functional. Out of my visits, only once has the foot spa been working. On my most recent visit this Saturday, the scented sauna had no scent, the foot spa was again out of order, and the igloo room wasn’t cold (no ice or frost). Like many others here, I have been trying for awhile to get ahold of someone to schedule a simple service. I have been unsuccessful to get anyone on the phone and they never give me a call back. Bad business practice and now I need to find another place to give my business to.
I would NOT recommend. This spa is extremely over pieces for what you get. The business practice they have is just to allow their customers to call 10 times in a row and never answer. I am pregnant and tried to call to reschedule my massage because I was struggling with morning sickness and they literally never answered after 10 calls. We didn’t want to loose the $700 we spent on the massage so we came in anyways but I would absolutely not recommend this place. * Also the main elevator was broken when we came in as well.*
I have been calling again and again to try to make an appointment and ask a question about a gift card. I have left multiple voicemails and called the front desk and they still do not answer the phones. 1 star.
I’ve been calling the spa for over a week and no one has called me back. Left two voicemails, and called the front desk twice.
