Even though I have worked out at the Canyon Crest Athletic Club for sveral years, this was only my second experience at the Spa - but I plan to become a regular from now on. The staff is wonderful and the services are terrific!
Barbra is the BEST!!!!!.....and I workout a lot!!!! I have very intense routines and I’ve been dealing with shoulder/neck pain for almost 6 months now. Whatever she did in those 30 minutes has me excited for the next message session. I’m so relax, and loose….the stiffness is gone. Barbra you’re my new hero…..now you have to rejuvenate this midlife 45 year old crisis body so my workouts are less painful! Love ya….and thanks Barb!!!!
