From the moment I walked in to reception until the I left all was taken care very well. My therapists ANI performed a great massage and precisely how as they had advertised it. It was a FALL special "SERENITY massage". The receptionist was very attentive and aware. She looked after my booking very well. I will be back.

I had a very disappointing experience at the spa at Baia Beach. I booked a massage and facial, but I accidentally scheduled it for the wrong day. I tried to call back immediately to correct the mistake, but no one answered the phone. When I called again the next day, I was told that I couldn’t get a credit or reschedule because I supposedly didn’t notify them within 24 hours. I didn’t use much of the amenities in the spa itself but the massage was really bad I would say the worse I ever had, It was just weird didn’t feel like any massage I had before.

I had an amazing experience during my facial treatment. Felt like a princess. Hands down one of the best SPAs in Miami Beach. Ivette was outstanding, extremely friendly and professional.
