I have extremely curly hair and have been going to Michael for over 10 years and he is amazing.
Amazing spa. I don't trust anyone else to cut my hair.
This was a very disappointing experience. The website is luxurious, the spa not so much. This place needs a total refresh. The bathroom was disgusting, ceiling tiles stained and wash cloths felt like rags. The spa chairs were covered in dark beige/brown velour throws (🥴) and the tap fixture going into the water basin was broken. I feel badly for the ladies working there. Called and received an immediate appointment to have my hair cut because they had a cancellation . I was looking forward as it is thick and curly and I am tired of sweating. Went right in for my appointment. Showed pictures of what I wanted and was told it wouldn't look good on me. I have had short hair on and off my whole life and I know what I like.
