This company sells great products and delivers outstanding post sales service. We purchased our Hot Spot SPA from The SPA & SAUNA company 14 years ago in 2011 and have used it 3 or 4 times a week ever since. Had to replace the cover a couple of years ago but otherwise have had no other problems until last week when we opened it to discover it half full. We bought a spa through Spa and Sauna and I don't know where to start on how disappoinging our experience was. The best way to describe our experience: Imagine you spend tens of thousands of $$ on buying an equipment and you simply get it dropped into your drive way. I think they are fair company
We visited this store back in early January on a Sunday. We were ready to pull the trigger on a tub if the price and customer service were right. When we walked in, it took a bit to have a sales person approach us. This was fine, as we wanted a chance to walk around first before speaking to someone. The showroom is nice and easy to navigate. I am a newbie to hot tubs and got a HS Flair. The water set up was pretty intimidating and prefer to talk to someone in person than read the manual. I bought the tub from Jennifer and she has been so accessible and a Hot Springs champ. When you have sales and support staff like her, it really help for people like me.
