I had to cancel an appointment last minute. The manager called me the next day and cancelled the late cancellation fee. I appreciate their follow up.
I have been going here for over 15 years and it's one of my favorite places. Everyone is so nice and knowledgeable. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
I have to admit, I left them about a year ago due to very poor customer service but I'm giving it another chance. Had a deep tissue massage with Elizabeth and I was very pleased. Everyone deserves a second chance.
SHITLIST : Green Spa Bay Ridge . just pulled up for a couples massage. Masseuse cancelled. Told us we would give you an appointment at 5 today. Unacceptable. 10 percent off. unacceptable . I said' how do you penalize your guests for canceling last minute?'. She said 'we charge 50 percent' . I said 'then give me 50 percent off my next massage'. She said I can't do that .
