My wife used a gift card (wedding present) to book 90 minute massages for the two of us in one room, and complimentary scalp treatments. After the massage we asked each other, ``Did you get a scalp massage?" We both had NOT. We asked our two young ladies, and they alternately were telling us that we had gotten the scalp treatments and that they weren't scheduled to give them to us. The spa is just great. Never disappoints! The therapists are professional, warm & thorough each and every visit! The ambiance and great energy always makes for a great vibe! Something for everyone and def a must to experience!
Staff was very pleasant and welcoming upon arrival. Aura was nice. Elegant decor and relaxing environment. Unfortunately they ran out of champagne (included in couples massage package)�. We were given forms to fill out where ares of interest for the massage were asked. We paid for a couples massage but feels like we got a rub down instead. Last Saturday I came for Halloween makeup.I am unpleasantly surprised since the service had been completely unprofessional.It seemed to me like the so-called “makeup artist “was unproperly trained to do her job.The visit took an hour and I left with no makeup.Within that hour she hardly managed to do smokey eyes and that it! I received an ultimate pedicure and it was amazing! Had a great relaxing foot massage with foot paraffin and some yummy tea. It was heaven for my feet.
