I have been meaning to leave a review for a while. I had booked the spa last month for my birthday. Well, my friend did for me the day to start the whole week before we went we both were calling about the reservation and they never answered the phone never called back so we never knew the time of to come to the spa because when you book it, it doesn’t give you a time. My girlfriend enjoyed her massage with Joanne this past weekend, but she was extremely uncomfortable with being taken into the female locker room by a male employee. She said he was very polite and helpful but he should not be in a small locker and bathroom area where women take their clothes off. She was also underwhelmed by the sauna being on another level of the hotel and not in the spa. Not returning!
The massage was amazing. She did a great job. Three of us received full body massages. The best we have ever had!
We do staycation twice a year for family relaxation day. We stay at 4* & 5* hotel in GA. Last hotel we stayed at was IHG Intercontinental hotel. We only had IHG credit card with low membership but they have us a room upgrade to suite from regular king. That 5* hotel was amazing and gave them 5* review. This hotel only 2* for this 5* hotel in buckhead not because they did not gave us a upgrade. Kind of sucks they did not have room upgrade option for two queen.
