During our leasing process we worked with Mike, he is very helpful, he always provides excellent service. Mike answers emails quickly all the time to help you. He is very kind and cares about the community, always greeting you and makes me feel like I'm part of the community and my concerns matter. The community is great, and the locations is really nice, facilities are well maintained.

I’ve resided for three plus years the quality and standard have declined from the management landscape and maintenance of the complex especially after Covid trash debris is often outside and around the dumpster smells the security door which instead of replacing is stapled is often left open by tenants and possums are seen an abandoned car was parked other day homeless roam in maintenance requests calls are ignored the option to not enter the apartment are not regarded or respected the building is older requires remodeling f... read more
