I have zero complaints here. I lived at the property for 5 yrs. The staff, Ericka a manager and onsite management are the best. I highly recommend.
This place is beautiful and the staff is so friendly! The apartments are super nice with high ceilings and tons of cabinets. And the closets… wow! Definitely a 10/10!!!
We love living at the Cortland Museum District so much! Genuinely the best management team we've ever had at any building ever. The effort they put into the communal spaces, service, and events is OUTSTANDING. It truly feels like a community, and so much of that is part of Ericka and her team. Also want to thank Angela and Stephanie, who are also great! Also a huge shoutout to Alex, on the service management team, and the incredibly kind concierge team including Malick and Mike!
Wonderful amenities, perfect location, and amazing staff!
