I chose Cortland Museum District because of its location and the amenities that were advertised, and while there are some positives, my overall experience has been disappointing. The office staff are generally friendly, welcoming, and greet residents with a smile. Unfortunately, that level of customer service has not translated into meaningful communication or problem resolution when issues have arisen. The biggest selling point of this complex is the management and maintenance team. The leasing office staff are incredibly welcoming, professional, and always quick to answer questions. Anytime I have submitted a maintenance request, they have responded and fixed the issue within 24 hours. It is clear that the staff genuinely care about the residents and take excellent care of the property. I LOVE LIVING HERE !!!!!!!
I have lived here for over a year and absolutely love it. The amenities (especially the wine room, pool and fitness center) are always immaculate and well-maintained. Management team is really lovely, concierge and valet team are great, and the community is overall very quiet and peaceful. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable, high-quality place to live!
Former resident offering review after living in the building for 1+ year. Pros: - Excellent location for someone who works at the medical center.
