Olivia was incredible! She was so kind, patient, and made me feel like an absolute princess throughout the whole appointment. She listened to what I wanted, guided me with ease, and made everything feel so simple and stress-free. Her warmth and attention to detail turned such an important moment into a truly magical experience! Her dresses are so BEAUTIFUL!

This shop was my first stop when wedding dress shopping and I couldn't have asked for a better experience! I found my dream dress and can't wait! Olivia helped me create my dream dress for my wedding and made sure I was comfortable and having fun the whole time. She listened to what I liked and didn't like and was able to talk me through things. I very highly recommend making Southern Swan Bridal a stop when wedding dress shopping! :)

I had a wonderful experience getting my dress at The Southern Swan! I loved that the designer of my gown was also who my appointment was with. We were able to completely customize my dress! Olivia was so kind and her attention to detail is amazing!

Olivia and Ashlee made my entire experience memorable! They were heartfelt and so kind. I didn’t feel pressured or uncomfortable, felt like I was with friends and relaxed. Olivia wanted more than just “find the dress” , she wanted the story and the details! Genuinely invested in the time we had.
