Get the Mac n Cheese! So delicious. Love the atmosphere, beer, and food. Great little place to hit up, especially late night.
This place is awesome! We were served drinks as soon as we sat down at the bar. The bartender was quick and friendly. I had the catfish po boy sandwich with greens and it was the most amazing po boy sandwich I've EVER had! It is a must go when you're in Asheville.
Always wanted to try this place, and the one item I wanted off the menu was the macaroni and cheese. That's what I ended up getting (with bacon added). I was not disappointed. Just flat out delicious.
The bacon mac and cheese at the Southern is the bomb! Also, ask for a Cinnamon Toast Crunch. It's dessert in a glass!!
