I really, really enjoy their coffee drinks a lot, it’s fantastic! However they can be quite slow. It’s just hard to have time to stop when it may take 15+ minutes to get a drink.
This coffee shop is a true gem. It’s locally owned, and every time I drive up, they greet me like family. They even remember my order without me having to say it, and honestly, I’ve never had a bad experience. The staff, all the girls there, are just amazing! Don’t forget to tip your baristas!
So today was my first time going through the drive-thru to order a few coffees . As soon as I pulled up to tell the lady my order she just looked at me… not a smile or greeting . I don’t know what that was about , i was not pleased with the way I was looked at but I continued to be nice and still order . The coffee is definitely great but the customer service I received was not pleasant at all. So that’s why I’m giving 2 stars . At least a greeting and a smile would have been nice .
