I've been a member with SCU for 12 years. I recently moved to the area and they have been very helpful and kind to us at this location. I'm very grateful for that!
Unfriendly staff. The branch manager yeahing at other bank staff. They deposited my money in the account and it took 3 months for them to get my money back. Do use this place.
My father passed away. My 84 year old mother is in a wheelchair and hard of hearing. You took it upon yourself without consent to transfer "their" savings to pay off his credit card debt instead of paying off the car loan, leaving nearly nothing for her to live off of. You should be ashamed of yourself. I can't wait until Justin Gray with WSBTV interviews her about your shady, pitiful actions. I am waiting on AARP to get back with me now. We shall see who has the last laugh.
Wonderful. Not open Sunday and half-day Saturday, I understand this for their employees. Excellent company, bank (cu).
Has wrong hours of business, this is a high inconvenience and bad business! Don’t waste your time with this bank. They do not approve loans for people of color or they give them a hard time. Went right to navy federal and had no issue. They won’t even give you a debit card here. This is my personal experience and other people that I have spoken to about this bank. Maybe others will have better experience with these people. Are there any Foundational Black Americans even employed here?
