I've had a lease here for almost 2 years now and i couldn't be more eager for my lease contract to be completed and finish honoring my agreement. Management here likes to throw out the term growing pains a lot with all the issues they have. The management of this property are beyond incompetent. What they get payed to do besides try to finagle new residents i don't really know. I was in the process of aquiring a new apartment. The staff here could not have been more rude. This is not a gated community by defintion, it just has gates..... and they dont even work. Eveyone do youself a favor. dont waste your time leasing here you will be very disapointed. People who do not lease her can enter and abuse the amentitys so you wont be able to use them. Gated comminity.... The gate is for car traffic anyone can enter. Just sad. i hope all the people in surrounding area come and use the amentitys for free!
That is worstest complex ever I really taught could called that place home gate always broken office staff suck at there job u send them a email they don’t email back u or called back there dog poo over the complex don’t get me started bout complex smelling like Marijuana then tell u have us a 30 days notice to move out what kinda complex is this more like ghetto complex .
Noel was a huge help from the start. He introduced me to the apartment complex, showed me around, and explained everything clearly. He was easy to communicate with and made sure I had all the details I needed about the apartment. I ended up getting the place thanks to his help. He also followed up with me daily and was always available if I had questions. I really appreciate how helpful and consistent he was through the whole process.
I’ve lived here for a couple of years now and have had a great experience overall. It’s a nice community, I’ve always felt safe here, and I’ve been happy with my decision to live here. I also want to give a special shout-out to Noel in the office. He is truly awesome and has always been so helpful, friendly, and willing to go the extra mile whenever I’ve needed something.
