I can't say enough good things about my experience here at the southerly and Noel! From the very first interaction, Noel was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely attentive to my needs. He made the leasing process smooth and enjoyable, answering all my questions with patience and providing insightful guidance. Noel went above and beyond to ensure I found the perfect place that suited my lifestyle. This has been a great experience so far !

I know some people may be complaining about the trash violation notices, but I’m honestly glad the office is finally addressing it. We pay a lot to live here, and residents leaving their trash in the hallways is exactly the kind of thing that brings down the community. Holding people accountable helps keep the community luxury.
Just moved in and I gotta say, the whole process was smooth thanks to Noel. He was super easy to talk to, answered all my questions, and made everything really simple from start to finish. He definitely made the move-in less stressful. The property itself is beautiful too—really clean, peaceful, and well taken care of. I'm glad I chose this place!
