Visiting The South Eastern Eye Center today felt very welcoming and we enjoyed the smiles from everyone whom made us feel at home. They were very professional and knowledgeable about what I needed to be successful upon my reasoning of visiting.
I would give the provider a solid 5 star but if you have ILA insurance you are 100% wasting your time. If we were rating billing and insurance I would give this office negative stars. I tried on glasses in December and by January never got them even ordered. They told me a price but I knew my benefits and it was far off from the correct price. The office will tell you they accept ILA secondary but they will NOT tell you how much it will be after they pick it up. The billing office is also off site so it takes days to get cal... read more
