Went to the Colfax immediate care location because I was in significant discomfort and wanted to be able to get my scrip asap. Immediate care was excellent and I was in and out in 15 minutes. Took my time, stopped at the restroom, then to the pharmacy and said hey they just called it in and I’m here and will wait in the chairs in the lobby area, will I get a text when it’s ready? Pharmacist tech very rude. Hung up as I was still talking. Not even a goodbye. Very sarcastic. I'm going to be looking for a new pharmacy
I think it is absolutely ridiculous that you can not reach anyone by phone at this pharmacy. They absolutely will not allow you to connect with someone at the pharmacy and you MUST leave a message to way for a return call at their will. Poor customer service.
I love the small size and location, but some of the people who work there need to go to charm school. They don’t seem to place any value on being pleasant to customers.
