The communication and organization at this pharmacy is inefficient and unprofessional. The managing pharmacist does not have a friendly demeanor, and the assistants seemed to be scared of her- very strange vibe. I also now have to pay out-of-pocket for a prescription because they did not ask me about allergies before giving me pills that have allergens in them. No refund, no helpful solution. Two stars because the other employees were trying to be helpful.
Pharmacy staff is always friendly
Went to the Colfax immediate care location because I was in significant discomfort and wanted to be able to get my scrip asap. Immediate care was excellent and I was in and out in 15 minutes. Took my time, stopped at the restroom, then to the pharmacy and said hey they just called it in and I’m here and will wait in the chairs in the lobby area, will I get a text when it’s ready?
