I had a very poor and expensive trip to this office. I was visiting SBN from out of state and had to take my child in for a minor problem -- sinus infection from allergies. The woman at the fr desk was rude and incompetent. She prefilled in my info as another person named Helen who was born in 1914. Clerk didn't know why the pre fill happened and couldn't fix the problems but said it wasn't an issue. Dr Miles Andrew is a great dermatologist. He makes you feel like a friend and explains everything he does and has excellent recommendations.
Overall I've had great experiences with South Bend Clinic. When I was unhappy with one doctor I was able to switch to another specialist in the same area.
