Working with the Sourcery is as close as you can get to collaborating with an in-house team. They listen, they constantly measure and try to improve the results of their outreach, and they propose new ideas to get better results together. They made time to learn our product so that they could have better conversations with candidates. Enjoy working with a team who helps you build a plan, listens well to the needs of your company, and who are consistent and predictable in their execution of the plan. Made what had been a long hiring process before we engaged with them exciting to close out.

So far, they have been quite helpful. I'm going to see where it takes me. I wrote a nasty review before because it just seemed a little bit too posh for me on their website...like it had nothing to offer someone like me. However, this lady...Victoria Velez...said she would help me find a job. That was really nice of her to do that after I left a stanky review.
