Michele was amazing! She greeted me and asked how she would be able to help me. She answered the questions that I had on some jewelry I had brought in from my mother's estate as well as showing setting options for her diamond. She cleaned my rings and found that the setting prongs had worn down. She took her time while she was supposed to be joining on a conference call. She went above and beyond being helpful. I will definitely be going back for her help again!
