Very empathetic wise, and patient therapist. She gives you room to process and articulate your thoughts and feelings. I would implore anyone who is in search of a therapist to try a session with her.
Shira is wonderful at guiding you to a greater awareness of your inner experience combining talk therapy, body awareness and sounds. With Shira's help, I've been able to work through difficult decisions and experiences and come out with more clarity and ease. Highly recommend for those ready to heal and know thyself with compassion.
Shira is great. Regardless of how intense the experience is, it's a healing one. She has a way of nudging one's consciousness to tap into it's body, particularly areas of tension or pain, and learning from it. The sustained acknowledgement of what's often a lack of care and focus or even awareness of bottled up tension and pain is healing in itself.
