I checked the ratings for this company before I brought my Technics amplifier in to be repaired. After a brief conversation with whomever answered the phone, I brought my Technics amplifier in to be repaired. I called a few days later, and they said they had no record of it coming in. I said I paid the $30, so I have a receipt I bought it. He said sorry, as if that was it , and goodbye. I became upset, and obviously he did not think that it was appropriate that I was upset that he lost my property, so he hung up on me.... read more
