RecommendedI looked at this complex and it is one of the higher end luxury complexes for the area, I like the extra luxury and because I have a pet I appreciate my spoiled dog is welcome! I just saw they have a Wag Wednesday that is like an appreciation for the complexes pets! Very cool....
Don't move here. Its way overpriced and not worth it. The staff are rude and awful people. They steal people's security deposits and make up bs charges when people move out. I was charged $85 because a dryer sheet was left next to the washing machine. The walls are paper thin. You hear every sound in the building. Anytime someone goes to the bathroom, you hear all the water flow through every pipe. There is dog poop every where. People don't clean up and they don't care. My husband and I moved in about 9 months ago. I agree that this is a well maintained complex and quiet. The complaint that we have is the apartment does not have linen closets or a pantry. The closet space is inadequate for the square footage. For the price of the apartments there really should be more usable living space. I am not sure if luxury is the best fit word.
It's a good place to stay and the management team is excellent. The grounds are well kept, the apartments are beautiful and the people who live here are generally really friendly. It's overpriced which is why I deducted a star, but you'll enjoy living here.

Our first month here has been great! The apartment is high quality, and very quiet. Everyone we have interacted with has been very welcoming. Looking forward to our next year here, if not more!
