the sorrento apartments are nice appearance wise, but in my particular building which i was told is a “newer” building we had an ongoing water roach problem and lupe the manager along with her pest control friends took the wrong approach from the get go making my personal experience very unpleasant. they sprayed extra on top of the regularly scheduled spray they do plus came and bombed our apartment but the problem never stopped. the cold luckily is what put an 98% end to it. a more professional and understanding approach fr... read more
Staff here is great! Since our move in they were very helpful. Lupe is very professional ! I recommend this Apartment Complex to anyone that’s looking for a new place to live.
Terrible service. I got denied for dishwasher maintenance for months. Living here felt like a prison. Lupe and Angel did random inspections twice a month towards the end of our lease without warning or explanation. I was treated horribly in the process as well, never did I think I’d be yelled at by some random people in what is supposed to be my “home”. The office people were NEVER there to help me. The staff is very rude and not helpful, the apartment is nice but you can hear your top floor neighbor and people outside. would not recommend they’re super overpriced as well.
