Bought The Hemingway cat statue from them. Originally gave a 5 star review but after 9 months the statue broke in several spots and the company doesn’t offer a manufacturers warranty. The description online is deceptive. You CANNOT leave the garden statue outside to weather!!! Soothing company offered me 15% off to buy a new statute. Completely awful and waste of time to buy and talk to customer service! I would give a 0 rating if I could!!
They took great care of my order. They answered all of my questions and advised me on a very high-end fireplace. Online purchasing of expensive items is nerve-racking. Having someone knowledgeable to speak to was essential.
I bought a fountain from them. It doesn't hold water in the basin. They are refusing I help because I didn't cover the fountain in the winter. They never provided a cover or said one needed to be used and I live in Texas so ice isn't really a problem. I would recommend staying away from them since they don't back their products.
