Don’t typically write these but was just super disappointed. It was super rushed, the nail polish is all over my fingers. It’s not even. The guy was nice who did them, but seriously not how nails should look at all. This is gel polish btw. Should’ve stuck my usual nail salon.
Today (1/21/26) I visited this salon for the first time after recently moving, since it’s closer to me than my usual nail place. The salon itself is beautiful, very clean, modern, and located in a nice mall, which made a great first impression. Kenny helped me with my service. I came in to remove UV gel and get a regular manicure because I wanted to give my nails a break. I want to note that he was very gentle during the gel removal process, which I appreciated. I had the BEST gel mani-pedi with Tom! He was incredibly kind and attentive, and his attention to detail really shows. The gel polish application was super clean and crisp—flawless work. The massages for both the manicure and pedicure were absolutely top tier and so relaxing. I’ll definitely be coming back every two weeks. Highly recommend Tom!
2nd time at Sono Nails with Luna. Definitely recommend 1st appt of the day for a quiet vibe. Luna is so sweet I showed inspo pics and she matched it even better. Definitely recommend booking!
I thought it would be a nice gesture to treat my boyfriend and I to a pedicure. We went at 1030 and it looked busy. I told the woman we could come back and she said no that’s okay we have people available for us. 2 young boys walk out, one was probably 15-16 and the other 17-18. They had no idea what they were doing and everyone else who worked there kept looking at them like they were doing it wrong. It was truly an awful experience.
