I absolutely love their olive bread! There’s nothing better than starting my morning with a loaf of freshly baked olive bread. It truly makes my day.
Frequent customer. Food is good, service is not. Called 6x this morning to place an order (it’s Friday at 830am), got put on hold for 6 minutes and no one answered. Called 5 other times and went to voicemail.
I don’t normally do this, but I was so embarrassed by today’s interaction at the coffee shop I felt it the only responsible thing to do is to say something. First off, I asked for a iced late sweet, the cashier says “no, it’s already sweet” that’s not what I asked, and thanks for telling me but it was a swift refusal, I’ve never been refused an alteration to food or drink before let alone with coffee, it’s a highly personalized drink - so that was annoying but I just let it go and smiled and nodded, then I tried to pay with ... read more
