We had our eye exam through a different place (mainly because we didn't know about The Solution Center at the time) but came to The Solution Center to order glasses for our four year old. The optician's were amazing! We were helped with very little wait time and they were both very upbeat and patient. When we ran into an authorization issue with insurance, Liz went above and beyond to help us get it all straightened out. They made the whole experience far better than I could have hoped for. Thank you!
I took my autistic son here for his eye exam, the eye exam itself was not bad, it was the process of picking up his glasses that got them one star for me. This place was absolutely unprofessional in the fact that I called asked where my son's glasses were, was told to go to the Polaris office to pick them up, weny there, it was not there was sent to the other location, watch the girl called them on the phone and tell them that I'm on my way and when I get there at 4:59 the woman locks the door in my face! The Solution Center was absolutely amazing! We live in Cincinnati but decided to make the drive as our son has ASD and struggles with appointments like this. Dr. Burns was so patient and knowledgeable and took the time to explain exactly what was going on with out son. Everyone there was so kind and amazing and they treated our son like a person! I took my son yesterday and can’t say enough wonderful things about Dr. Burns and all the staff. My son kept saying how much fun he had. Playing games and getting to see different things. Thank you for making it such a wonderful experience!!

I love The Solution Center! A big thank you to Dr. Burns, Dr. Stutler and my special Vision Therapist, Jessi Stevenson! You have given me my life back! It took me eight years, eighteen doctors, and a faith journey like no other, but vision therapy solved my many eye/dizzy/balance issues!
