Not a good company to work for. They play office politics and if you dont click with their toxic managers your days are numbered. Ive had a lot of success in my field but I was labeled an under performer. They tell everyone during reviews that no one is exceptional. They will set you up for failure and then ask you why you are failing. My manager would tie my orders up so I couldn't get work done. Then my metrics would fall and they used that against me. Great company
I loved living in Easthaven at the Village for the 2nd time, but it will be my last. It has been 3 months since I moved out and I haven’t gotten my security deposit back. After numerous calls and emails, NOTHING. I expect more from a rental extraction company. This is peoples money. Pay us. If I don’t have my check in my mailbox within one week (November 10th), I will file a small claims court lawsuit since you are breaking Ohio law.
Has anyone had the PLEASURE of having Jose come and help? I’m not a morning person what so ever due to working overnights, and Jose was knocking nice and early (not too early) to come fix my microwave ( has been down for almost a month) and I couldn’t even be mad.. that man is all smiles and positivity and can definitely hold a good conversation. && as a woman I tend to be uncomfortable when by myself and a man comes to fix something, but I was about ready to brew him a cup of coffee and bake him some cookies , he was nothin... read more
