Solomon Organization, I felt it necessary to take the time and leave some positive feedback about my renting experience at Twin Lakes Apartments after our recent experience getting an issue resolved, and I might as well add our experiences with prior issues. Update: Thank you for your reply. Unfortunately, my experience has not reflected what was stated. I previously sent an email to the address provided and did not receive a response. I also shared my NICOR gas account number with management several months ago, but was later informed that it had not been received. I provided proof of my prior communication, yet the issue remained unresolved.
